This service allows Central Community College students, faculty, & staff to submit library-related, general, reference, and research questions online. A staff member will respond to your question as soon as possible, generally within 48 hours Monday – Friday. We are unavailable on weekends and CCC holidays.
What kinds of questions may I ask?
• Questions about research, selecting sources, and using them effectively.
• Questions about navigating databases or the library website.
• Questions about the campus libraries (hours, services, collections, facilities, etc.).
• Questions about interlibrary loan.
